100 Themes Challenge: #41- Citric Acid
Theme #41: Citric Acid
Character: Michelle Solange
The sunlight was fading out, the final rays playing on the dust of her mostly empty living room. The house wasn’t the same to her anymore, not since the children had moved out, not since the retirement. It was nothing more to her than an empty shell now, and as she collected the knick-knacks for the final box, she let out a tired sigh, (e/c) eyes tracing over the details of what had been her home for several decades now.
Her attention turned to her final box, this one filled perhaps with her most treasured items: her photographs.
Some were in black in white. Some were curling at the

_______ finally stepped off the boat and breathed in the salty air and she – in who knows how long – finally started to relax. The reason she was here in Seychelles in the first place was because she was swamped with work on a new project that she had to learn in two days and she worked on it for five weeks straight, leaving her workplace at nine pm each day instead of leaving at the normal 5 pm.
Sixty hours for five weeks made her have stress, it slowly crept until she couldn't relax with her normal techniques, it only added more stress and made her feel she was inadequate. Heck, it even made her cry at the weekend when she was

Mochi!MaleSeychelles X Reader
When you opened the box, a cheerful smile of a mochi greeted you. It had a big fish with it, though you didn't know whether the fish is alive or not. Better stick with the thought of a stuff fish then. The little one had brown eyes that's really common among many fellow mochis so you couldn't recognized which mochi it is, just a bit suspicion. Thankfully, it was resolved immediately when you noticed the little one also was holding red bows, though it doesn't wear those.
You named him "Mike" since obviously the original name for his original nyo self was not suitable and he might get teased for that. The little guy was a bit sloppy, but he ma

You are woken up by a loud crashing sound. "Ugh! Can't I just sleep." You get out of bed and open the door only to see a man who looks like male version of Seychelles.

A light, pleasant zephyr from the warm ocean washed over the beach, dousing people with a humid, fresh salty air that calmed the mind and soul. You strolled along the golden sand with a small smile on your face, closely watching the girl who jumped and twirled about excitedly some distance in front of you. Angelique was her name, and her personality most definitely fit the first five letters of her name—endearing, alluring, seraphic, sickeningly sweet but dangerously violent, flawless—and you held her dear in your heart...not that you'd ever tell her.
"(Name), look!" Angelique called out ch

Seychelles x Reader - Never give up
Expressionless, I stared out of the window. I actually never showed a single emotion, which caused that I was asked quite a lot if I was somehow related to Lukas, which, of course, I wasn't. It was just that I didn't think anybody needed to know how I was feeling and so on… Private sphere, you know?
However, not too long ago, there had been a person who made me show some emotion: Michelle, an exchange student from somewhere near Africa.
She was the first, and the last, person who got through the invisible walls I built around me, who got into the “castle” representing my heart, and accessed rooms not even I was able to g

You sighed and sat on the dock, holding your blanket closer around you. Gingerly dipping your feet in the warm water, you swung your legs back and forth, pulling out your book to resume your reading. Even though you had come to see your best friend, she’d been busy the entire time with swimming around in the waters you loathed.
You and Michelle were peculiar friends. You had met through her brother, Matthew, and now whenever he and their adoptive father Francis (along with her step-brother Alfred and step-father Arthur) came to visit Michelle on her island home, they’d let you tag along. Sometim

Now your turn to choose an item, you walked up to the hat and began to feel around. Something soft, furry and squishy caught your attention. It felt like a small beanbag. Now curious, you decided to pick that item. You pulled it out of the hat and looked at it. It was a small angel fish shaped beanie baby. "Not sure here, but I'm guessing this belongs to Seychelles."
Seychelles looked surprised that you had guessed her item correctly. "Yes, that's mine, how did you know?"
"Later dudes, later. You can discuss the magic of the fish in the closet." America placed a hand on either of your shoulders and walked you both to the closet. "O
"It's time for bed, sis."
You looked up from your book, which was filled with colorful pictures of tropical fish. You were flipping through a rather large encyclopedia of fish and sea creatures, admiring the beautiful pictures of bright coral reefs and the amazingly unique animals.
"Why now?" you whined, clutching the heavy book close to your chest.
"Because it's after ten o'clock, and you aren't supposed to be up past nine," Seychelles explained, attempting to pry the book out of your fingers. After a few moments, you let go of the book, causing Seychelles to stumble backwards. She smiled cheerfully and giggled. "Come on."
You pouted chi
